Happy Halloween!

Student, faculty and staff got into the Halloween spirit!

The Junior School held their annual pumpkin carving contest. Congratulations to Huron, the overall winner with 248 points. Next came Iroquois (240), Algonquin (210) and then Nootka (204).

The Senior School had a “runway” in the atrium at lunch, where students and staff could show off their costumes and strike a pose. There was also a “photo booth” set up in the drama room. Clothing donations were collected in TAG to support Atria Women’s Resource Society.

Food Bank Frenzy

Gr. 3-7s participated in the school’s largest relay race, Food Bank Frenzy. Food Bank Frenzy (FBF) provides a fun and active way for our school to support the Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society. The goal of the FBF is to raise awareness of the Food Bank’s needs, to show off our school spirit, and have a friendly House competition.

Each team must provide 200 items of food. Thank you to everyone who brought food donations for this very important cause!
