York House welcomed 400 grandparents and grandpals to the school on April 21st for Grandparents Day, a favourite York House tradition.
Grandparents and grandpals toured the school, visited classrooms, and best of all, saw their grandchildren in action.
They came from as far away as: Australia, East Africa, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mainland China, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and the United States! Grandparents who were unable to attend wrote letters that were read aloud in class.
