La classe de Français 11/12 de Monsieur Carr fête la fin d’année scolaire avec un festin de spécialités françaises – préparées par les élèves elles-mêmes !
The girls in the French 11/12 class celebrated the end of their French studies by cooking up a feast of French specialties such as quiche, vichyssoise, ratatouille, pissaladière, soupe à l’oignon, bœuf bourguignon, clafoutis aux poires, and mousse au chocolat, all accompanied by a fresh fruit cocktail and a variety of French cheeses.
In the spirit of a Julia Childs cooking programme (however, with a much more contemporary flair) the girls filmed themselves having fun in the kitchen and showing off their culinary expertise, which we watched during our lunch together.
It was a delicious way to end off the year ! Thanks to all of the girls in French 11/12 for a succulent meal and a wonderful year!
