We are excited to offer our first Service Saturday Program of the year – on Saturday, September 28. We are offering the following four opportunities:
Vancouver Aquarium’s Great Shoreline Clean-Up
- Kits Beach
- 9:45 am to noon
- Join a community group to help pick-up garbage on the Kits Beach coastline
- Open to all ages. 15 students.
- Downtown Vancouver
- 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
- Help prepare and serve lunch to patrons of the Salvation Army
- Open to all ages. 10 students.
- Downtown Vancouver
- 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm
- help sort donated items and clean facility
- Open to all ages. 10 students.
If you would like to volunteer for a local organization with your fellow Yorkies, sign-up for Service Saturday. If you have any questions, just ask your Community Service Captains.
