Congratulations to our Tigers Ski Team! On March 2nd (in Fernie, BC), they were crowned the 2015-16 Alpine Ski Provincial Champions! Congratulations to Meg, Rosie, Olivia, Isabel, Lauren, Rebecca, and Catarina. A special thank you to coaches Mr. Ruse and to Mr. Dallman (Snowboarding), and thank you to parents Gillian and Russell Smith who traveled with the team.
Another weekend, another success for our girls! The Ski & Snowboard Team competed in the Vancouver Ski/Snowboard Race League at Whistler/Blackcomb this weekend. Rebecca, Gr. 9, took 1st place, followed closely by Isabel, Gr. 9, who came in 2nd. On the snowboard side, Yvonne, Gr.9, took the race for the girls while Cici, Gr. 9, finished 2nd.
