On Wednesday, the junior school held their traditional Candlelight Assembly.
The Candlelight Service is a long-standing and very special tradition at the school. It is a celebration of songs and readings composed by members of Grade 7, together with the lighting of candles for Faith, Hope, Love and Peace.
Students in Grades 1-3 bring a gift, which is placed at the foot of a tree during the service. These gifts go to the Ministry of Children and Family Development for children in emergency foster care. Students in Grades 4-7 will place their hampers, going to children and families involved with the Children Affected by Family Violence Program, under the tree.
Thank you for your support of this event and your incredible generosity.
