The annual school-wide recitation competition, “The Cat’s Meow”, wrapped up on February 2nd in the Odette Tognetti Theatre.
Fourteen girls in Grades 8-12 progressed through class and grade rounds to make it to this final and all should be commended for their impressive presentations: In Grade 8 – Samantha A., Aria D., and Fraser J. In Grade 9 – Ally G., Marisa D., and Megha Y. In Grade 10 – Nikki B., Vanessa L. and Asna S. In grade 11 – Janet S., Rachel G., Shira M., and Sierra M. And in Grade 12 – Hannah C.
Winners were chosen by four esteemed judges: YHS Parents Simi Sara, Peter Norell, Anne Giardini, and alumna Camilla Burgess ’00.
