Yorkies Compete at Canadian Improv Games

York House School has four highly energetic and committed Improv teams — three Junior teams and one Senior team. Each team of 7-8 improv-ers rehearses two mornings a week in preparation for their participation in Canadian Improv Games Lower Mainland tournament.

All four teams did an exceptional job during their performances. The Junior teams finished in 10th, 13th and 18th while the Senior team made it through the semi-finals into the Wildcard night, ultimately finishing in 7th place. Special note: Laura and Megha not only competed on the Senior team but also coached one of the junior teams.
