Thank you for your incredible support of our Day of Giving on May 27th – it was truly an inspiring and extraordinary day! We wish to share a huge thank you to all our community volunteers and helpers. We couldn’t have done it without your enthusiasm and encouragement.
From the first student drop off in the morning, our parent volunteers and school staff felt your appreciation at the King Edward Avenue layby station, on the Junior School playground, and at the entrance to the Little School. The appearance of Teggy at all three locations created great excitement and an atmosphere of fun for the students.
Throughout the day, our families gathered virtually for our “Live @ Lunchtime” Day of Giving Livestream in the Steam Lab with our Head of School, Julie Rousseau and co-host Junior School parent and Annual Giving co-chair, Shannon Chung. Many others enjoyed bidding on our online auction site and in the evening, our tireless parent volunteers made phone calls to families to ask for and thank fellow parents for their support of this year’s appeal.
Thanks to your generosity and participation, $310,457 was raised to support the Annual Giving Campaign in just one day.
